- 2½ lb. lg. shrimp, cleaned
- 4 oz. grated Mozzarella
- ½ tbsp. onion powder
- 8 oz. marinara sauce
- ½ to ¼ lb. butter
- ½ tbsp. garlic
- 2½ tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place shrimp in a large baking dish. Melt butter and pour over shrimp. Sprinkle garlic and onion powder and grated Parmesan and cover with sauce. Spread Mozzarella evenly over shrimp and cook for 15-20 minutes.
The other night I had dinner at a great Italian Restaurant. On the menu was Shrimp Parmesan, one of my favorites. I hadn’t enjoyed Shrimp Parmesan in a while and decided to give it a try. The next day I bumped into a buddy and the first thing he asked was if I knew a good Shrimp Parmesan recipe.
Now I’m no physic, but unless he was sitting at the next table I felt compelled to share my Shrimp Parmesan recipe.
